Job Description:

Under New Administration & Nurse Management. $10,000.00 Sign On BonusWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN's to join our team at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. The RN will assess residents; health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Communicate with residents and families to provide education and support
• Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse, geriatric experience a preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
