Job Description:

Under New Administration and Nurse Management!!We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNA's to join our team here at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. At Luther Manor our nursing staff are courteous, respectful and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. We are currently recruiting for a Certified Nursing Assistant for all shifts to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report and changes to the appropriate staff member
• Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current CNA License
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist patients and mobility as needed
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedule
• Aility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
