Job Description:

Weekend package is a 12 week contract between Luther Manor at Hillcrest and the employee to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Contract may be renewed upon completion of 12 weeks at the discretion of Luther Manor at Hillcrest. Increase over base rate for the weekend package depending on position and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of residents rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well being of all residents in a safe and secure environment
• Assume accountability for complaince with Federal, State and other regulations
• Assist in the implemntation of each resident's care plan by performing personal cares and all activities of daily living
• Answer any call lights to determine residnet needs and take appropriate action
• Assist with all AM and PM care

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current , valid certification of CNA and Current state License for all nurses
• Regular attendance is required
• Weekend Shifts required
