Job Description:

Assist in providing maintenance necessary for the care of facility creating apleasant and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees andgeneral public.

Responsibilities:

• Painting the facility as needed
• Performs minor electrical repairs, plumbing, machine operation, and cleaning
• Performs maintenance and upkeep of property; water plants, mowing lawn and snow removal.
• Make any necessary repairs within the facility
• Ability to climb a ladder and make repairs on the roof

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, boiler maintenance, painter, construction, and groundskeeper preferred.
• Must be available to work other than normal hours as needed and be able to assume pager responsibilities.
• Must live within 5 miles of Dubuque city limits.
• Regular attendance is required
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
