Job Description:

Weekend Package is a 12 week contract between Luther Manor at Hillcrest and the employee to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Contract may be renewed upon completion of 12 weeks at the discretion of Luther Manor at Hillcrest. $3 increase over Base Rate for the Weekend Package Shift differentials for weekend pay and shift pay.  

Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable of residents rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe and secure environment.
• Assume accountability for compliance with Federal, State and other regulations
• Assist in the implementation of each resident's care plan by performing personal cares and all Activities of Daily Living
• Answer any call lights to determine resident needs and take appropriate action.
• Assist with all AM and PM care.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current, valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Iowa required.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Weekend shifts required.
