Job Description:

Looking for CNAs for full or part time shifts on 2nd shift. Under new Administration and Nursing Management!!

Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for the safety of residents under immeidate supervision and those assigned at any time.
• Participate in shift change report
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents. Documents according to established procedures.
• Interact with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the tcenter in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Perform personal cared
• assist with feeding residents, serve meals
• Assume accountability for compliance with Federal, State and other regulations.
• Answer any call lights to determine residetn needs and take appropriate action
• Assist in the implementation of each resident's care plan by performing personal call and all Activities of Daily Living

• Education

  Entry Level (0-2 years)

• Experience

  High School Diploma/GED
